Fill carafe with one quart water. The unit automatically shuts off when water boils

After the water has boiled and the unit has shut off, add eight heaping tablespoons of coffee (or four level teaspoons of tea). Stir coffee or tea gently and replace brewing lid. |

Rich, full-bodied coffee flavor will be extracted at the perfect temperature in five minutes (tea in four minutes). After extraction, remove brewing lid and replace with French press assembly. |

Lower filter to remove coffee grounds (or tea leaves). Serve piping hot directly from cordless carafe. |
