Gingersnap Waffle Cone

Ingredients

2 cups waffle cone mix or Bisquick

1 cup orange juice

3 Tbsp. light corn syrup (4 Tbsp. if using Bisquick)

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 egg

2 Tbsp. Superfine sugar

½ tsp. Ginger

¼ tsp. ground cloves

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ cup dark molasses

Directions

1In large bowl, whisk together waffle cone mix (or Bisquick) and orange juice. Stir until smooth and lump free.

2Add remaining ingredients in order and stir thoroughly.

3Spoon onto hot waffle plates.

4Bake at 3 ½ setting.

5Roll immediately.

Suggested filling: Häagen Dazs® Lemon Sorbet or Lemon Curd Mousse.
