The first stage sharpens straight-edge knives using medium abrasives. The second stage uses finer abrasives to hone the knife edge while the final stage delivers a polished finish using ultra-fine abrasives. Precision angle control ensures accurate sharpening throughout the entire blade length. This unit is designed to work with both straight-edge and serrated knives.
