Espresso Whipped Cream Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
1-1/4 to 1-1/2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
3-4 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Espresso Whipped Cream Instructions
Pour whipping cream and espresso powder in mixing bowl.
Stir until espresso powder is dissolved.
Pour in confectioner’s sugar and vanilla.
Whip on medium high speed until sturdy whipped peaks form when you lift the beater or whisk out of the cream. This takes just a few minutes, so watch as you near the end. Stop and check the consistency of the cream.
