2 cups waffle cone mix or Bisquick

1 cup orange juice

3 Tbsp. light corn syrup (4 Tbsp. if using Bisquick)

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 egg

2 Tbsp. Superfine sugar

½ tsp. Ginger

¼ tsp. ground cloves

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ cup dark molasses


1. In large bowl, whisk together waffle cone mix (or Bisquick) and orange juice. Stir until smooth and lump free.

2. Add remaining ingredients in order and stir thoroughly.

3. Spoon onto hot waffle plates.

4. Bake at 3 ½ setting.

5. Roll immediately.

Suggested filling: Häagen Dazs® Lemon Sorbet or Lemon Curd Mousse.
