1 bunch of medium asparagus
1. Snap off tough ends
2. Lay in a tray and drizzle them with olive oil then sprinkle them with sea salt
3. Preheat the Chef'sChoice Cast Iron Professional Indoor Electric Grill Model 880 on setting 10 per the instructions.
4. Lay the asparagus on the grate horizontally.
5. Cook for three minutes and roll them over.
6. Cook for another three minutes and roll them over again.
7. Repeat this process one more time or until the asparagus are just tender.
